This scientific endeavour is probably the largest scientific publication on the impact of a pandemic on law. It represents a joint team effort to structure recent and ongoing legal developments into a coherent and pan-European overview on COVID-19 and the law. It covers virtually all European countries and legal disciplines and consists of chapters written by over sixty renowned European scholars.
